System requirements
This system has been tested and should work smoothly in current versions of common modern browsers, on common devices.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the system, please contact us with the following information:
- Operating system running on your computer or device
- Web browser name and version
- List of special toolbars or browser gadgets installed on your computer (Google, Yahoo, AOL...)
- Approximate time when the problem occured
- Steps taken before the problem occured
- Exact wording of the error message (if any)
- Detailed description of the problem
What is My Notes link for?
When you click or tap on My Notes, a text box will pop up. Use this box to make notes as you are going through the course, if necessary. The notes will automatically be saved when you close the box. If you wish to delete your notes when you no longer need them, click or tap on Clear at the bottom of the box.
